THE RT-1000XL MAKES ROUTING SAFER AND EASIER
| The RT-1000XL Router table stands 35" tall add 5.5"with the fence (incd). The cabinet is constructed using 18 mm baltic birch plywood.
This plywood is 13 layers of solid veneers plys
The shelves and uprights are made of 3/4" industrial grade melamine. The base cabinet,
table and fence are trimmed with Black American Walnut with White Maple drawer fronts. |

The RT-1000XL Router table would be an excellent
addition for your woodworking shop. All the joints are
dado, rabbet, glued and brad nailed. Cabinet, table and fence are
trimmed in solid Black American Walnut and clear White Maple.
The table top is just the perfect size, 32" wide x 24" deep And a hefty 1.5"
thick for stability and flatness. This unit weighs in
over 125lb

The RT-1000XL has a 3.5" dust port on the left side for attaching your
vacuum system (easily adapted to 4") and has a 2.5" port in the top under the fence incase
you perfer to use a shop vac.
There are 5 drawers in the RT-1000XL. 2 drawers hold 44 -- 1/4 router bits. 2
drawers hold 28-- 1/2" router bits. We can modify these in case you prefer all 1/2 drawers
One drawer to store your wrenches, template guides, bearings etc. The large lower
drawer is included and is mounted on heavy duty full extension drawer slides. The vented
acrylic glass door covering the router compartment. It is hinged and has a magnetic
catch to hold the door closed. There are two electrical outlets in the base cabinet
that are controlled by an external Safety Paddle Switch and an 8 foot power cord
wired for 110-120 volts.

| The RT-1000XL is our only model that comes with a Miter-T-Track for those miter gauges that have a t-slot bar. Standard miter gauges will also work with this model.
Each sliding fence on this split fence system can be adjusted up to 3/4" for glue joint work. More importantly, it will go back to a straight edge in seconds. For vertical panel a high fence can be easily adapted. The fence will open from 0 to 5". It moves back and forth 5" for those odd shapes, and free hand work. Best of all this unit will still collect 99% of the saw dust. The fence includes an alum. t track. |

The new safety paddle switch is also included with each RT-1000XL model. It comes with a removable yellow lock to prevent unwanted start ups. |

The RT-1000XL model come with two 2.5" knobs for easy removable of the fence. The bottom cabinet comes fully assembled and packaged in a box surrounded in Styrofoam. The top is shipped in a seperate box. |

The insert is made out of 3/8 lexan. Very strong, easy to drill and no worries of cracking or sagging. One insert is included with each router table. There are 3 sizes available. Blank, 2" and 3.5" opening. If not specified a 2" will be included with each order.The Insert size is 9 1/4" x 11 3/4" x 3/8". Others available upon request. Same size as the popular router lifts. After receiving your RT-1000XL, it takes 10 to 15 min to assemble the top to the lower cabinet using the supplied hardware and mounting instructions, then its is ready to go.
