THE RT-1000 SE MAKES ROUTERING SAFER AND EASIER The RT-1000 SE Router table is constructed using 18 mm baltic birch plywood. This plywood is made of 13 layers of solid veneers plys The shelves and uprights are made of 3/4" melamine. The base cabinet, table and fence are trimmed in WALNUT with SUGAR MAPLE drawer fronts. The RT-1000 SE stands 35" tall. Its top is just the right size, 32" wide x 24" deep. Its top is 1.5" thick for stability and flatness. This unit weighs over 110 lbs. It has a 3.5" dust port on the left side (easily adaptable to 4") for attaching your vacuum system. The bottom cabinet comes fully assembled and packaged in a box surrounded in Styrofoam. The top is shipped in a different box. After receiving your RT-1000 SE, it takes 10 to 15 min to assemble and it is ready to go. Easy to follow instructions are included. There are 5 drawers in the RT-1000 SE. 2 drawers hold 44 -1/4" router bits. 2 drawers hold 28 - 1/2" router bits. One drawer is used store your wrenches, template guides, bearings etc.The vented acrylic glass door covering the router compartment is hinged and has a magnetic catch to hold the door closed. There are two electrical plugs in the base cabinet that are controlled by an external switch and an 8 foot power cord wired for 115 volts. This fence comes with a Alum. T-Track that runs the length of the fence. This track can be used for attaching guards, stops, featherboards etc. One insert is included with each router table. There are 3 sizes available. Blank, 2" and 3.5" opening. If not specified a 2" will be included with each order.The Insert size is 9 1/4" x 11 3/4" x 3/8". One insert is included with each unit. Others available upon request. The RT-1000's are designed and built to last. Each side, drawers, shelves, uprights are dado and or rabbeted into each other for durability and stability.
