The RT-1000LE Router Table is constructed using 18mm Baltic Birch plywood on the back and two sides. The shelves and uprights are made from 3/4" industrial grade melamine. The base cabinet table and fence are trimmed using Oak. |
The RT-1000LE stands 35" tall. Its top is the perfect size 32" wide x 24" deep. The top is 1.5" thick for stability and flatness. The unit weighs 110lbs. It has a 3.5 dust port (easily adapted to 4") on the left side for attaching your dust collection system. A 2.5" opening under the table top for hooking up shop vac.

The RT-1000LE is trimmed in Oak with Oak drawer fronts and Oak drawer pulls. There are 5 drawers, 2 drawers hold 44 - 1/4 " router bits, 2 drawers that hold 28 - 1/2" router bits and one box drawer for storing wrenches, template guides, bearing etc. |
Each sliding fence on this split fence system can be adjusted out up to 1/2" for glue joint work. More importantly it goes back to a straight edge in seconds. The fence closes to within a 1/2" of each other. A Alum. 3/4" Mitre Track runs the full length of the table. |
This fence comes with a Alum. T-Track that runs the length of the fence. This track can be used for attaching guards, stops, featherboards etc. One insert is included with each router table. There are 3 sizes available. Blank, 2" and 3.5" opening. If not specified a 2" will be included with each order.

The max. opening of the split fence is 5". You can move the fence 5" behind the router bit opening for those odd shapes or freehand work. The insert size is 9 1/4 x 11 3/4 x 3/8. Most popular size router lifts drop right in. |
