The RT-1000 stands 35" from floor to top of the table. The top is just the right size, 32" wide x 24" deep.Its top is 1.5" thick for stability and flatness. This unit weighs 125 lbs. It has a 3.5" pipe easily adjustable to 4" on the left side for attaching yfor your dust collection and a 2.5" opening for a shop vacuum system. This unit includes Lower Drawer Assembly and feather board attachment.

The bottom cabinet comes fully assembled and packaged in a box surrounded in Styrofoam. The top is shipped in a different box. After receiving your RT-1000, it takes 10 to 15 min to assemble(30 min to unpack it). There are 5 drawers in the RT-1000. 2 drawers hold 44 1/4" router bits. 2 drawers hold 28 1/2" router bits. One drawer is used store your wrenches, template guides, bearings etc.The vented acrylic glass door covering the router compartment is hinged and has a magnetic catch to hold the door closed. There are two electrical plugs in the base cabinet that are controlled by an external switch and an 8 foot power cord wired for 110(115) volts. This unit comes with the Lower Drawer Accessory and feather board attachment.

Featherboard attachment

Each sliding fence on this split fence system can be adjusted by putting spacers behind the out feed slider for glue joint work. More importantly, it will go back to a straight edge in seconds. For vertical panel a high fence can be easily adapted. The fence will open from 1/2 to 5". It moves back and forth 5" for those odd shapes, and free hand work, best of all this unit will still collect most of the saw dust. There is a 3/4 " aluminum miter T-track that runs the length of the table for your mitre gauge (3/4 x 3/8 bar). The Lexan Insert plate size is 9 1/4 x 11 3/4 x 3/8. We have 3 sizes avabilabe a Blank, 2" and a 3.5" opening. If no size is requested a 2" will be shipped with this unit.

The RT-1000's are designed and built to last. Each side, drawers, shelves, uprights are dado and or rabbeted into each other for durability and stability.(Routers not included)
