THE RT-1000XL

The RT-1000XL Router table stands 35" tall(table height) and 39" with the fence.
The cabinet is constructed using 18 mm Baltic birch plywood. This plywood is 13 layers
of solid veneers ply's manufactured in Russia
much better then the fake wood plys coming from China
The shelves and uprights are made of 3/4" industrial grade melamine made in Canada.
The base cabinet, table and fence are trimmed with Black American Walnut grown in USA
with White Maple drawer fronts from Quebec.

The RT-1000XL Router table is an excellent choice for any woodworking shop. All the joints are dado, rabbet, glued and brad nailed. Cabinet, table and fence are trimmed in solid Black American Walnut and clear White Maple. The table top is just the perfect size, 32" wide x 24" deep And a solid 1.1/2" thick for stability and flatness. This unit's weight is approx. 125 lbs
SOLID & HEAVY

The RT-1000XL has a 3.5" dust port on the left side for attaching your vacuum system (easily adapted to 4") and has a 2.5" port in the top under the fence incase you prefer to use a shop vac. There are 5 drawers in the RT-1000XL. 2 drawers hold 44 -- 1/4 router bits. 2 drawers hold 28-- 1/2" router bits. We can modify these in case you prefer all 1/2 drawers One drawer to store your wrenches, template guides, bearings etc. The large lower drawer is included and is mounted on heavy duty full extension drawer slides. .

This unit comes with a Miter-T-Track for those miter gauges that have a t-slot bar. Standard miter gauges will also work with this track.
Each sliding fence on this split fence system can be adjusted up to 5/8" for glue joint work. More importantly, it will go back to a straight edge in seconds. For vertical panel a high fence can be easily adapted. The fence will open from 0 to 5". It moves back and forth 5" for those odd shapes, and free hand work. Best of all this unit will still collect 99% of the saw dust. The fence also has an aluminum T track built in.

The safety paddle switch comes with a removable yellow lock to prevent unwanted start ups and 8 foot power cord
All RT-1000XL model now will come with a new know on he vented acrylic glass door covering the router compartment. It is hinged and has a magnetic catch to hold the door closed. There are two electrical outlets in the base cabinet that are controlled by an external Safety Paddle Switch wired for 110-120 volts The bottom cabinet comes fully assembled and packaged in a box surrounded in Styrofoam. The top is shipped in a separate box

RT1000XL insert plate is "HDPE" (High-density polyethylene) plate size is 9.1/4" x 11.3/4" x 0.375(3/8") with adjusting leveling screws to raise it flush to the surface of the table top. (allen key included).
